Restaurant empty, but a pig sty. Given drive thru is busy but no excuse. McCafe person spend most of her time on her phone, plenty of time to clean. Waited 15 minutes for food for 4 people, should be quicker with an empty restaurantManager needs training in staff supervision.

Almost every time I visit this McDonalds, the chips are either half full, cold and soggy or old and hard... which makes no sense because I'm always asked to park as they have to make fresh chips." The burgers are almost always hard and definitely not made with fresh ingredients. Kind of had enough to be honest."

The only award this place is winning is for the slowest McDonalds in Australia. Might as well convert the entire car bays into drive-thru waiting bays. Always parking you for simple items and wether you’re inside or in the car, be ready to wait and wait and wait and wait. No surprise their screens are always showing times in the red.

Waited 12 min for a cheeseburger replacement meal with no pickle or onion and then recieved it without even cheeze in it . Even the replacement meal they stuffed up and the chips weren't even warm. Suppose to fast food. Feel sorry for the owners of this franchise as the people there can't even make a simple order or even in a timely manner.

We've just come home from a late/delayed flight and Maccas was really our only choice at this time (12am). Not only were our orders wrong; missing chips and extra patties, the one medium chips in the bag were half full. I couldn't go inside to let them know so I had to wait at the side door until someone came closer enough to get their attention. The manager was apologetic and tried to fix our order however the burger buns were dry, the meat Patties and chips were luke-warm and soggy with no salt. It was the worst meal we've had from MacDonald's EVER. I think maybe you need to listen to all of the reviews and invest in some more training for the team here because the food standard should never be this bad. After our delayed 3hr flight this really topped the day off.

I’m literally fuming at the staff’s lack of care. I went through drive through and it was a 30 minute wait from start to finish. I was told to pull up to a waiting bay, and after waiting there for 15 mins they brought out my food and gave it to the car in front, went back in, came back out empty handed and took the bag of food back from the car in front went in - then I waited another 10mins for them to bring fresh food to the car in front of me (x4 bags) and handed me my bag of cold stale chips, dry stale nuggets and in an oily dirty bag covered in fingerprints! Everything inside was clearly sitting out for a long time as there is no was it was freshly made. No one here answers the phone and screw going back there for them to do something worse having to re make it fresh. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Well a coffee frappe took 15 minutes to be brought out. Staff in shop were just standing while manager was running around. To be honest there is a rule that states that if your food is not delivered within a certain amount of time the whole meal is free. Don’t think many know of this. But 15 minutes wait for a drink is unacceptable especially when the four other cars behind u got served their drinks FIRST!

Honestly horrible service. Ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, has the double cheeseburger wrapping. Yet 1 patty and everything is so dry. So many times I’ve ordered and they’ve forgotten items. Like when I get a Caesar salad and got lettuce and chicken nothing else. Not worth the money has gone down majorly in the last 5 months. If going through front counter expect a long wait! Over an hour for a wrap and a frappe. When asked was told It would be out soon. Do not even bother. Nothing is fresh chips are always cold and old. And kitchen staff can not read anything to do with an order.

Cold, old, hard chips and burger. Lettuce is turned red. I bet the burger patty was cooked at least 1 hour ago. I live 1 mint away and when ever I order here they have something missing or serve cold food. WORST FOOD IS SERVED IN BYFORD’S McDonalds NOT RECOMMENDED.
