The Kiosk Floreat Beach
The food is good, coffee is good great atmosphere during the day, but best of all we can take our little dog. Great in summer watching folks play volleyball next door. You're also right on the beach. We often by our coffee here and sit in the adjacent park near the ocean that two is just a delight winter or summer. The ranger very kindly pointed out that I can't take our little dog on the Park who was nice he didn't actually issue a ticket which he could have.

Lovely spot for coffee and breakfast. Also does lunch. Not sure about evenings.Casual, laid-back, beachy feeling. Fantastic staff.Kiddies play ground near by, picnic tables, shade and the floreat beach.There are public amenities there as well along with ample parking.

Pretty good Keto Kickstart. Slightly disappointed the pork belly wasn't crispier but other than that a solid meal. Fairly decent atmosphere. Decor is a bit dated.

Great location with ocean views. The food is great and the service prompt with a smile.Outside is dog friendly. (That's worth 5 stars on its own).

Poor service. Meal arrives, no cutlery or serviettes. Could not raise the attention of staff walking past. So the staff just courier the meal from the kitchen without looking at the table and customer and ensure basics like cutlery and serviettes are there? It’s like the staff are here to do you a favour rather than provide an offering of hospitality. A place like this would not survive in Sydney or Melbourne. Veggie burger was burnt, did not eat it and nobody came past to ask how the meal was or if we wanted more coffee. Had to get up to find tomato sauce, there was none at the condiments table. Finally flagged someone and they bought a large 1 lite kitchen sauce bottle from the kitchen. Staff walking around were eating and chewing away whilst clearing tables.On a possitive note: The location is good but the service and food is not up to scratch. Coffee is good though.

Lovely view and right next to a great playground. Just had coffee but the rest of the menu looked nice. Had made a booking but there was no one there to greet; so just took a random table. Sat at the table for a while before we realised there was no table service and none of the many staff walking around told us to order at the counter.Would visit again to eat

A very busy venue, however it has inside and outside table seating to make weather choices easier. Despite being very very crowded when I met a friend, the service was surprisingly fast. I've been several times and its pretty good, nice ocean views.

Wow what a great place for a morning breakfast. My wife was walking in training for Walk for Women’s Cancer to raise money thru donations (a plug for donations), she passed the Kiosk and thought we should go for Saturdays breakfast. So we did.Location is fantastic right on Floreat beach , we walked in and there are lots of tables outside and inside so we sat outside in the autumn sun. Lots of families and people who had been swimming, one group asked to share a table with another group who obliged. The asking group bought four dogs too. A great friendly atmosphere.We ordered our breakfast, a freshly squeezed apple and carrot juice, a coffee, a breakfast bruschetta, and a simple scrambled eggs, tomato and sausage. The service was quick especially how busy it was.The food was amazing cooked to perfection and delicious. See the photos.We spent $65.00 which is average for breakfast for two with drinks.Rarely do I give five stars but the Kiosk deserves five stars. I could not fault it, in fact it was one of the best locations and breakfast we’ve had in ages. I highly recommend this place, even though we walked in I suggest reserving a table as there were many people and many tables reserved. We will go again with friends and family and maybe our dogs too.

Lovely place to have breakfast.The view of the ocean is wonderful, I highly recommend sitting close to it.Eggs Benedict was well presented and tasty.I'll be back in the summer again.
