Went through the drive thru at approx 9am on the 1st of June. Used my rewards to get myself a big Mac. I asked for no pickles (as shown on the grill slip) but did indeed get pickles. Burger also had a tad too much lettuce but was made fresh and service was fast.

Absolute trash, always gets simple orders wrong.Customer service doesn't exist.To busy being trained to rush & serve fast food rather then listen to what the customer is ordering.Bad management is really at fault because they train staff terribly.Story time I ordered a lrg qtr pounder meal 2 apple pies through menulog as it was 11.30pm and i just finished work, couldn't be bothered driving down NOW when i got my food the receipt on the bag was what I ordered, but in the bag was a small hamburger meal...So I drive to the store now being 1 am to show them the mistake.They said I had to sort it out with menulog and would not give me what I ordered, even though they put the wrong food in the bag.1AM there was no one in the restaurant. They had no reason why I was given the wrong food and I had to pay again at the counter to get what I ordered online and then follow up with menulog to get my money back..From now on ill be recording my interactions to show how bad the restaurant staff really are.Do better for all your customers.

At MacDonald Ballajura, I rediscovered an old culinary companion - the Double Quarter Pounder. This time, our reunion was sweetened by the strains of the Eagles’ classic, “Hotel California” playing in the background.The burger was a harmonious symphony of taste, juicy and fresh, almost in sync with the rhythm of the song. It held its ground as an exquisite tribute to MacDonald’s commitment to quality. My taste buds were treated to what I can confidently affirm as one of the best renditions of the Double Quarter Pounder I’ve ever had.Now, this meeting was not without its emotional overtures. The Double Quarter Pounder was a hearty reminder of yesteryears, a melody of memories that had kept me from indulging in it for a while. However, the warmth of the freshly cooked burger and the timeless tune reassured me it was okay to embrace the past while savoring the present.The experience was not as enjoyable as the ones tucked away in the corners of my memory, but it was beautiful in its own unique way. The delight was not shadowed by the past but enhanced by the quality that MacDonald continues to maintain.Overall, my visit to MacDonald Ballajura was more than just a meal. It was an orchestration of taste and nostalgia, each bite and beat blending into a memorable dining experience. While the past has its own unique taste, there’s also something quite special about making new memories with old favorites, all while the Eagles serenade in the background. Here’s to the Double Quarter Pounder and to many more beautiful moments at MacDonald Ballajura!

After a huge wait my order was handed to me cold. It was sitting on the bench for a fair while and was then given to me without the drink of my choice. Completely understand if the drink is not available however I should have been given the meal and an alternative option much earlier. I can see the young kids working are trying to do their best and in my opinion the company needs to train and staff each store better !! There were a bunch of grumpy people waiting and no one should wait too long for what we call fast food ! Ask me if I’ll be visiting anytime soon and I’d say no.

This would easily be one of the worst McDonalds in WA. Waited 15 minutes for a simple grilled chicken meal, the fries were basically cold, coke was flat with no ice and the burger looked like it was slapped together by a 5 year old...a really horrible experience.

Look, it's McDonald's. It is what it is. You know what you're doing when you make the choice to go there. This store has lovely and friendly staff who do the best they can. Went there last night and they were slammed, which is probably how I ended up with someone else's bun-less Quarter Pounder.It takes all sorts, I suppose, but this was terrible. The cheese was stuck to the container and the aesthetics of it made me super sad.

Staff can not follow simple instructions.Ordered a CHOCOLATE OREA MCFLURRY, recieved normal Oreo mcflurry and 2 chocolate soft serves, ordered frozen mango, recieved frozen coke. Staff on shift did not care and refused to fix the order

Customer service is non-existent at this Maccas. The last 3 times I've been, they've taken ages to take the order, I get to the first window, not even a hello, they just activate the eftpos for you to tap yourself, and then second window not even a hello, just a drink shoved in your face and say here" and told to park at the end of the hand rail.Now from someone who worked in fast food in my younger days for 2 years.. This lack of customer service

order number 873171 was left at my door without anyone even knocking on the door. I DID NOT MAKE THE ORDER. Would you kindly come and pick it up where you left it at my front door.

It's now the third time ordering through Uber Eats from McDonald's Malaga and again as before one of our ordered items is missing. Calling them does not help as they don't even answer the phone. Only option again is to request a refund for the non delivered item. Going to start ordering elsewhere from now on as they get it wrong more than they get it right.
