Macca's good food but..The older lady in the counter who took the order of my husband. Is quite impatient. My husband has a Macca's app on his phone and he wanted to use some points, out of some of our orders. But the lady just looking, feeling not in the mood when my husband talking and just said, I don't know I don't use the app sounds annoyed". And she talking to the guy with the same grey uniform as hers like she was annoyed. And my husband kid's order was all wrong. Instead of no pickle

Average food quality. Generally cold and orders are correct only half the time. Cafe isn't too bad but drive thru service lacks friendliness and greeting.

I took my elderly client for coffee and needed a receipt, the boy said I'll get it later as the manager was busy. We had our coffee went back for receipt manager whispered to staff member she was busy having a drink only to come at me with attitude and said she'll have to come back at a later time, I explained it's for a senior client..she'll have to come back another day. Very rude and I hope that she learns how to respect elders in future. That was dine in. 10am 20/01/23 the McCafe girl who made the coffee was very lovely.

Sunday morning staff who two weeks in a row deliberately avoid eye contact, don’t even attempt a smile and get the order wrong. Hungry Jacks from now on. Really disappointing

Got given half an order so we went back , Carline help us at the drive through and she blatantly lied to us and tried to order us around and slamed the qindow in our face , the mng come over and sort it out. Don't know why Carline deemed to lie about it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and threat us so badly and unprofessionally.

I ordered a Ceasar grilled chicken salad. It was dry and had no salad dressing on it. The balsamic dressing sachet was out under the hot burger, so that was hot. Not impressed. Won't order it again.

Do bother going indoors just stick with drive thru.I don't often go in but sometimes I do and every time it's the same. They work harder getting drive thru and delivery and ignore front counter completely.Food is hit and miss. Sometimes it's so good you could almost forget its maccas other times it's sloppy and 100% put together by someone who doesn't care.Store is often messy. A clear result of them forgetting that dine in is an option maccas provides.

The shift supervisor Coralie on duty today was shouting rudely when handling order collection issues with a food deliverer. I feel that the food deliverer is a customer too thus the shift supervisor should have given a better customer service. Also notice that my usual ice caramel deluxe coffee taste awful, diluted, and has no flavour. Poor service even worse poor drink.

Sad and disappointed that I wasted my first cherished maccas meal this year here. The chips were soggy and dry like they were made two days ago. Is it me or should nuggets taste like cardboard? Has it been that long since my last drunken drive through?Oh also. No napkins to mop up the mess.The double pound was yum though.
