The one inside ampol, Kwinana - seriously, we have ordered some kids meal and other burgers along with garden salad like what picture showed. But they served chopped lettuce for burger looks like leftovers and sliced tomato pieces. If you can't serve it what you show, then change the picture from the menu. Being such a big chain company, this is not acceptable

Worst Macca's in the southern hemisphere, ordering through delivery essentially means you won't get half your order, window chick at drive through messed up three times, had to keep telling her she was giving me the wrong stuff, forgot my muffin and ended up giving me the wrong order anyway. Absolutely useless, unfriendly and incompetent. wish the owner of the store cared about customer service.

Come here and ordered a meal the coke was hot! No ice... the other person i was with was waiting for ages for a drink and fries, until i went to the counter with my hot coke and asked about the missing order.

Worst ever. Just phoned stating we've been waiting an hr. She says it's been up for 300 seconds. I then proceeded to say i hope the food isn't cold as they always tend to deliver freezing food and she said it shouldn't be. Completely unhelpful, rude and not understanding whatsoever.Edit: called again, 25 mins later they won't answer and car just got there so what's the bet the food is freezing. Not sure how they pass health standards with what they serve.Final update: got our food 1.45hrs after ordering. Food was soggy and freezing. Tried phoning again and yet again no answer. Absolute disgrace of service and food.

This was the single worst McDonald’s experience I ever had. It all started with an Uber eats order, we had ordered Uber eats and only received one bag of the food I then called to store for nobody to answer me for 5 minutes. I then finally got through to an incompetent manager who answered the phone to a awkward pause and a quiet “hello” that was all they said. I then stated that my Uber order was messed up and the manager said just come to the store. I got up and went to the store waited in the drive through only for them to tell me to park. I parked and waited for them to bring out a small bag filled to the brim with grease with the hash browns stuffed underneath sticking to the napkins and the bag like glue in the end we had to throw the hash browns out as they were not edible. This was by far the worst McDonald’s experience iv ever had and if I could give less starts I would.

Staff & Management with NO training / window girl dropped an ENTIRE iced chocolate in my car (shoved the tray out with one hand while not even looking) manager was useless. Will be contacting headquarters soon for reimbursement on the steam clean I’m having to get right before Christmas. Avoid this place if you have a decent car & don’t want it wreaking of another persons incompetence
