This place gave me the heart of a lettuce and the last of a tomato this meal not only came with 2 missing medium chips their attitude and service was appalling. I will never come to this Maccas again, now going to hungry jacks Beelair.

I’m absolutely convinced the staff here can’t read at this point. Every other time I get something from them they mess something up and I’m left wondering why I keep going back. It’s amazing that McDonald’s has built a franchise where their customers will put up with anything. Truly a marvel of our time.

Did an online order for 2 hashbrowns waited 20 minutes they forgot my order and I was late for an appointment this is the second time this has happened. A small order and over a 20 minute wait. You wait at the counter for ages and no one comes. Really bad customer service. Definitely allow over half an hour for any order.

One of the better McDonald’s around for its cleanliness and food normally have a good flavour to it.Been to a few stores where their food just doesn’t taste right.

This is the fifth time in a row the server failed to get my order right, from completely ignoring what type of burger I wanted to giving me the completely wrong drink that's not the same size as the meal. My family has had a similar experience (3 incorrect orders). Serious question: Is this a deliberate ploy to get us to use the self-service kiosks? I don't give negative reviews easily, but this is 6+ months of the same problems - the staff either aren't being trained to work the registers, don't care, or management has them under horrible crunch. NOTE the other reviews! They're consistently getting orders wrong and even giving diabetics coke with sugar, it's truly not okay. They did this to me as well, but luckily I'm not going to die from that.I'll be going to Hungry Jack's from now on, but no hate for the staff.Otherwise, it's usually clean and the coffee is good. Like I said, I don't give negative reviews easily, but something is wrong here. Wasn't like this a year or so ago.

Used to be fast service but now regularly expect a 10+ minute wait for 2 hot drinks. It seems Ubers and drive thru take precedence over walk ins. Sad reality of the times we live in.. no customer connection!

The staff are horrible those working drive thru 29/05/23 8:15am were so rude got my order wrong and this boy had a big sass on him control these entitled brats absolutely apualed at the customer service

I had came through drive through and was greeted with a warm smile and great customer service by a lovely girl named dee she was fantastic
